I am the Moon,

You are the Sun.

You radiate happiness

Laughter

Love

Your soul glows

Reds and oranges and ambers and yellows, yellows, yellows

Your soul burns into others

They are addicted to it, can’t get enough

Want to wear the Sun’s soul upon their skin

Rubbing off the happiness

Laughter

Love

I watch from afar

Admiring the warmth

And beauty

Of the Sun’s beating heart

Only at night do I appear

To inspire others to write about the happiness

Love of the Sun

Without the Sun, 

The moon would never be called out to appear

But without the Moon,

No one would understand the beauty of the Sun

I am the Moon,

You are the Sun.

Without you my life lives in looming darkness,

Without me your life burns to bits.

You need the moon as I need the sun.
